Club Kit

Club kit is expected to be worn at external galas.

Club shop is open on Friday evenings.

Team Performance Targets

The coaches have set the following targets for 2006

Winter League – Top 10

Nuneaton A Team – Top 15

Nuneaton B Team – Top 10

Mercian League – Top 15

Speedo League – Top 4

Districts – 3 swimmers

Personalised Kit

If anyone is interested in personalised kit please speak to Sharon or Debbie on a Friday night.  They will let you know costs involved etc.

Thank you to those who already help.  If anyone is interested in assisting at Club Championships etc please speak to a committee member.

POOLSIDE

Swimmers are reminded about their conduct at poolside; they should remain quiet whilst other swimmers are under the control of the referee.  They should be aware of when they are due to swim and listen to and make their whereabouts known to the Team Manager.

Any rubbish should be removed from the poolside immediately after the event.

Questionnaire

The comments from the recent questionnaire have been summarised.  It was disappointing to have received only 17 completed questionnaires when we have over 160 members.

The basic response is that swimmers are happy with the club; however there are still areas with room for improvement and these are now being addressed.  A full summary of the responses is available for those who are interested.
