Just a quick reminder that Time trials are held this Friday (4th) and Saturday (5th).
Friday:
Registration from 7.00 till 7.30 warm-up 7.30 for 8.00 start
Event 1: 50m butterfly
Event 2: 100m IM
Event 3: 50m breaststroke
Saturday:
Registration from 5.00 till 5.30 warm-up 5.30 for 6.00 start
Event 1: 50m backstroke
Event 2: 50m freestyle
Please be aware these are TIME TRIALS and NOT club championships. No medals are awarded, these session are aimed at getting updated times (PB's) in order to see if you qualify for the county development gala in september or the County youth Gala in October.
Dolphins and Sharks session will be on as normal from 6.30 till 7.30.
There will be no training for the following squads on Friday (unless you are doing time trials):
Bronze
Silver
Gold
Platinum
Masters
As with all galas we will need volunteers for officiating, timekeeping & team managing. Please come forward on the night to help out.
