Please note there are no Saturday training sessions this week (15th May) and next week (22 May) as it is week 9 & 10 on the calendar and the pool is not available to us.
All swimmers who normally attend Saturday's Dolphins sessions from 1.00 - 2.00 pm are invited to come and train on Friday night (14th & 21st) from 6.30 - 7.30pm
All friday sessions are held at the normal times.
